Our Product Philosophy
In the world of audio electronics, audiophiles often argue that the most important element of a sound system is the speakers. As the interface to the listener, the most pristine sources, powerful amplifiers, and well-engineered interconnects can all be rendered useless by a bad pair of speakers, diminishing the entire experience for the listener.
That analogy applies to the deployment of voice, video, and data services in our current telecom markets. Billions are invested in modern communications plants to bring fast, reliable, content-rich services to millions of households. At the end of the long chain of expensive electronics and miles of cabling, the interface to the end-user is a single jack. If that jack is unreliable, inconsistent, or fails, the investments and efforts poured in the carrier network can be negated, and the end-user's experience will suffer. This can result in expensive truck rolls (up to $125 per call, in some regions) or lost revenue and poor brand perception as end-users move to competition. If a service provider can prevent even a single $125 truck roll with a quality jack product, that jack has paid for itself several times over.

Once inside the premise, our products are built to prevent performance inconsistencies and physical failures which may cause expensive truck rolls and lost customers.
