ARRA Compliance Now Designated Online

May 28th, 2010

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) imposes some specific requirements on the origin of materials and goods used in projects receiving stimulus money. Section 1605, referred to as the Buy American provision, specifically states that funds from ARRA must only be used where “all iron, steel and manufactured goods used…are produced in the U.S. or in specific foreign countries signatory to the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and World Trade Organization (WTO)”

Suttle is proud to say that more than 70% of our products qualify as “Made in America” for ARRA projects. To make it easy to find these products, we’ve added the ARRA logo (example link) to those products that qualify under this designation on our website.

For more information please read the brief explanation on Suttle’s ARRA Compliance page.
